 Nancy and I have been involved in the funeral business since 1966 starting in Boca Raton where I grew up. As with all industries, changes are inevitable. After working as a funeral director for 20 years, our family owned and operated home was purchased by a large corporation. I knew that sort of change was not for me. We began to look around. After exploring several opportunities, we decided upon Beach Funeral Home in Indian Harbour Beach. We purchased the business and set up operations in 1988. I made the right decision. The hometown quality we experience here is right for our family and our way of doing business. Nancy and I were blessed with a son in 1993. We feel that being an independently owned funeral home allows us to serve community needs as our number one priority. Families can be secure in knowing that their needs will be handled in a personal way by someone from their community.
Over the years, I have been involved with several local community groups. I have been past president of the Rotary of Indialantic, member of the Knights of Columbus, member of the American Legion - post 200 in Satellite Beach, 5 year board member of the American Cancer Society, member of the Exchange Club of South Beaches, 2 years service on the board of directors for the Development Council of Holmes Regional Medical Center and Henegar Cultural Center as well as being an active member of Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church. I believe in community service and I have made so many friends while serving.
